Your payment information is processed securely through Paystack. We don't store your full card details - Paystack handles that.

When you contact us through email, WhatsApp, or our contact form, we keep records of your messages and our conversations. This helps us provide better customer service.
If you use our style quiz, we keep your answers and your style preferences so we can recommend products that match what you're looking for.

WHO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH
We don't sell your information to anyone. We do share it with companies that help us run our business. Paystack handles our payments and keeps your payment information secure. Our courier partners (DHL and local couriers) need your delivery address to get your orders to you. Our email service provider sends marketing emails if you signed up. Our customer service platform helps us respond to your questions quickly. All these companies are required to keep your information private and secure.
KEEPING YOUR INFORMATION SAFE
We use SSL encryption to protect the data you send to our website. You'll see a padlock icon in your browser when the connection is secure. Our servers have firewalls and other protections to prevent unauthorized access. Only authorized employees can access personal information, and they're trained to keep it confidential. We can't guarantee 100% security because no company can, but we take data protection seriously and work to keep everything as safe as possible.
YOUR RIGHTS
If you're on our email list, you can unsubscribe anytime. Just click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email. We'll stop sending promotional messages, but we'll still send important updates about your orders.
If you've signed up for SMS or WhatsApp messages, you can opt out anytime by replying "STOP" to any message.

Most browsers let you control cookies. You can change your browser settings to refuse cookies or be notified when they're being set. Some parts of the website might not work properly if you disable cookies, but you have the choice.
CHILDREN
Our website is not designed for people under 18 years old. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we find out that we have accidentally collected information from a minor, we'll delete it immediately. If you're a parent and believe your child has provided information to us, please contact us at hello@loungeinoge.com.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We keep payment and order records for six years because Nigerian tax law requires it. This protects both you and us in case there are questions about a transaction later.
We keep your account information as long as your account is active. If you want to delete your account and all associated information, you can ask us anytime by emailing hello@loungeinoge.com.
For people on our email list, we keep their email addresses until they unsubscribe. Once you unsubscribe, we remove your email from our marketing list.
When we no longer need information for any reason, we securely delete it or anonymize it so it can't be connected back to you.
WHEN WE HAVE TO SHARE INFORMATION
Sometimes we're required by law to share your information. This might happen if we receive a court order or if the government makes a legal request. We'll tell you about this if it happens, unless the law prevents us from doing so.
THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
Our website has links to other websites like Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms. We're not responsible for how those websites handle your information. Each website has its own privacy policy, so read theirs before you share information with them.

We might update this privacy policy from time to time as our business changes or to comply with new laws. When we make changes, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If we make significant changes to how we use your information, we'll email you to let you know.
